Additional Information

  • Preschool Schedule: Preschool classes are Tues-Thurs for 3 yr olds, Mon-Thurs for 4 yr olds. No preschool on Fridays
  • Payment Terms: Tuition will be billed from Quickbooks via email on the 1st of each month and will be due on the 20th of each month, beginning in August (before the start of school). Full tuition may be paid in full BEFORE AUGUST 20 at a discount of 5%. Late fees of $20 will be charged on all returned checks/drafts. Habitual late payments or nonpayments may result in expulsion
  • Please Note:
    • Report cards are not issued unless tuition and fees are current.
    • If a student is expelled, tuition will continue to be billed until paid in full.
    • If a student withdraws voluntarily, the parents are responsible for tuition for the full semester in which the student withdraws.
  • Test Fee: There will be an additional fee of $75/family to cover all standardized testing done throughout the year
  • Book/Material fees cover the following:
    • All textbooks and workbooks
    • Sacramental materials for Reconciliation, First Communion, and Confirmation
    • Daily Worksheets and test materials
    • Audio/Visual materials and teacher resources
    • Art (most) and science supplies
  • Violin Fees:Violin fees are $20/child for violin for group classes or $50/child for private or semi-private classes.

Tuition assistance is offered through the Catholic Education Foundation.
